Corrections, disputes and removals

Denver Veterinarian lists veterinary practices across the Denver area using information pulled from public sources. Your listing's score comes from a single, consistent rulebook applied to Google reviews of every business in our directory. Being listed costs nothing. Fixing factual details

If a factual detail on your listing is wrong or out of date (name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, services), tell us what should change and include a way to verify it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Corrections are checked against the source and applied to the site, and they survive future data refreshes.

Challenging a score or summary

Scores are never adjusted by hand. If you believe your listing's score or review summary is wrong, you are claiming the underlying data itself is faulty. This means either your listing is matched to the wrong business in our system, individual reviews are assigned to your practice by mistake, or the summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. We re-examine the sources and rebuild your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Removing a listing

We take a listing down when the business has permanently closed, is a duplicate, or falls outside what this directory covers. Closed businesses are also picked up by the monthly re-verification cycle. Because listings come from public business information, an accurate and in-scope listing may stay published, and we will give you that answer plainly if it is the one we reach.

How fast you'll hear back

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removals that are approved happen within 7 days. Requests we decline come with a clear reason why.
